Returns & Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without having to provide any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the products or on which a third party, other than the carrier, took possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement.

We will refund you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Conditions for returns:

For products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

- The products were purchased in the last 30 days.

- The products are in the original packaging.

Some types of products cannot be returned:

- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

- Products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as products that deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has expired.

- Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unpacked after delivery.

- Products that, after delivery, were mixed inseparably with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver to you at a later date, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
